Q: What’s your best vibrator?

A: There is no “best” vibrator, although some are more popular than others. What arouses one person may leave someone else cold. Think about what kind of experience you are looking for in a toy, and ask yourself some questions: hard or soft material? High intensity or low? How about size, color, texture? Q: Do people really use the Fist?

A: Every toy we carry is capable of being used, and there are no adult toys in our store that are carried as a gag or joke. Not every toy will appeal to every person, and that is what’s so wonderful about sexual expression: we are all unique and experience pleasure in different ways!


 

Q: Do you carry plus-sized lingerie?

A: We certainly do. With sizes ranging from small to 4X, there is a little sexy something for everyone at Our Pleasure.


 

Q: If I am looking for an item that is not available in the stores or online, do you offer custom orders?

A:  If the item is available from our suppliers we can order the item in especially for you.  We do not charge extra for the item but we do require a non-refundable 20% deposit for the item that will go towards the purchase of the item once it arrives.


 

Q: What's your shipping policy and return policy?

A: A standard flat shipping rate of $15.00 CAN will apply to all online orders. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Sometimes an item may be back ordered from our suppliers in which an additional wait period should be expected. We will contact you if that is the case.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post expedited parcel, in a plain unidentified box with only the return address marked on the package. 

Because of the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer any returns. Once an item leaves our store or our warehouse (for online orders) it is unable to be returned to us or exchanged. All products are checked to make sure they are in good condition and that they are working properly before we ship them out or before they leave our stores. As well, due to our efforts to ensure that you get your order as quick as possible, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed.  Our system is designed to forward each order to our warehouse immediately. Please make sure your order is correct before you proceed to check out.



 

Q: What if I go to one of the stores and someone I know is working?  Should I wait and return another day if I do not want other people to know about my purchase?

A: All Our Pleasure staff members sign a confidentiality agreement when they begin working with us. A break in that agreement will result in a termination of their employment.  Our staff are expected to respect our customers and respect our policies. Please do not feel intimidated or embarrassed if someone you know is working at one of our locations.


 

Q: What are the hours of operation?

A: All of our locations have different hours; please see our Locations page for our store hours.


 

Q: How old do you have to be to shop in the stores?

A: That depends on the location of the store; each city sets its own laws.  Some of our locations you have to be at least 18 but we also have locations where you have to be 19.  Please check with the location before entering if you fall into this age category.
